Gavin Ward Appoints New General Manager- Managing Director Designate

Gavin Ward Ltd, a Government appointed installer of Grant funded Warm Front heating and insulation has a new General Manager - Managing Director Designate.

Paul Dove has joined the company to oversee its operations, including the Government funded Warm Front scheme, which provides grants of up to £3,500 for people who are on certain key benefits in order to make their homes warmer and more energy-efficient through the installation of central heating, loft and cavity wall insulation, all with the objective of reducing fuel poverty in the UK.

Paul comes to Gavin Ward Ltd from Crawford the World’s leading provider of industrial doors and docking (loading bay) systems, where he held the position of UK Service Operations Manager and was responsible for its UK Service Delivery Centre, Service Operations staff and its UK mobile Service Engineer base.

In his new role at Gavin Ward Ltd, Paul will have overall responsibility for managing the company’s day to day business activities including its heating, plumbing, insulation and building services divisions.

With over twenty years experience in senior managerial roles, most specifically in the service industry, there is no doubt that Paul will bring with him a vast amount of experience and add management strength to the company.

Paul has previously held key leadership roles with several major service providers including the Automobile Association, Centrica - British Gas, Heat, Eaga and Crawford UK. Paul has been married for 27 years, has two grown up sons, has mechanical engineering roots and holds an MBA from Leeds Business School.
