Reduce Heating Bills - What will I get?

A Warm Front Grant provides energy efficiency advice, two energy-efficient light bulbs and a package of insulation and heating improvements, installed by Gavin Ward Ltd's expert team, up to the value of £3,500. Some homes that need oil central heating may receive a grant of up to £6000.

Central heating

All central work will need a technical survey. This is carried out by Gavin Ward Ltd and we will decide exactly what is needed for your home. We will discuss this with you when we visit.

Loft insulation / Insulation Upgrade

Did you know that you could be losing up to 25% of your heating through your roof if you do not have sufficient loft insulation?

Cavity wall insulation

Did you know that as much as 35% of your central heating could be lost through the walls of your house if you do not have cavity wall insulation?
Making sure you have both loft and cavity wall insulation is a very simple and easy solution to reduce heat loss and also helps reduce energy bills. Gavin Ward Ltd can provide a full central heating and insulation package.
